InsideSales.com is ranked the 53rd fastest growing company in Utah as part of the 19th annual MountainWest Capital Network’s Utah 100 awards program.
InsideSales.com has achieved profitable growth of more than 100 percent for the past three years and has grown from 120 full-time employees to nearly 300 in the past 12 months. The company plans to reach 400 employees by the end of the year.
InsideSales.com CMO Mick Hollison accepted the award on behalf of the company on Tuesday at the annual awards luncheon held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.
“InsideSales.com is at the intersection of the fastest growing areas of high-tech – where marketing meets sales and where sales meets science,” Hollison said. “Our data scientists are delivering breakthrough innovation in predictive analytics and data visualization that are changing the very nature of sales.”
MountainWest Capital Network President Devin Thorpe said just to be on the list is a remarkable feat, requiring that a business at minimum double in just five years. “The members of the MWCN Utah 100 represent the engine of Utah’s vibrant economy and the heart of employment growth in the state,” Thorpe said. “Without these companies, Utah’s vibrant job growth would be at best anemic. We congratulate InsideSales.com, along with every other winner, and thank them for their vital contribution to our state.”
“Our success is directly tied to our ability to hire great people. We have top-notch teams across the board, from our sales professionals and marketers to our developers and researchers,” InsideSales.com CEO and Founder Dave Elkington said. “Our hyper-growth has allowed us to dramatically improve our employee benefits, increase pay and hire more experienced individuals.”
InsideSales.com has also ranked on AlwaysOn’s list of the top 100 private companies as well as the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte’s 2012 Technology Fast 500 lists of the fastest growing companies. For a complete list of awards visit: https://www.insidesales.com/awards.php.
